Wellness is balance — finding that sweet spot of homeostasis across all areas of life.

What’s one thing you do that always makes you feel better?
Breathwork.

What are you currently trying to optimize: energy, mood, skin, sleep, strength, digestion, stress?
Energy.

When did you first start caring about wellness?
After intense work periods in my early 20s, I found wellness as a way to get back to balance in my life.

What’s your non-negotiable habit, even when you travel or get busy?
30 minutes to myself — time to restore with myself. You can always find 30 minutes.

What’s the most underrated nutrition habit people ignore?
Fasting past the 24–48 hour mark once a quarter, as a full-body reset.

What’s your go-to meal or snack when you want something that feels like a treat but still supports you?
Milk.
